Construction Services
Quality Construction services are paramount to a successful project!
BEI recognizes the key element to a successful project is quality construction services. We have a seasoned and experienced group of Project Managers, Project Superintendents, and Project Foremen that have consistently met and/or exceeded the expectations of our customers. Utilizing preplanning, prefabrication, quality control, and a commitment to safety; our construction team has a long and successful track record of meeting the needs of demanding projects: Coordination among Trades, Preplanning, Schedule Analysis, Equipment Purchasing and Procurement, Change Management, Coordination with Owner-Furnished Materials and Equipment, Start-Up/Commissioning, Closeout and As-built Document Management.
Maintenance Services
BEI's service department offers a unique variety of services such as comprehensive post-construction service, year round emergency on-call service and power quality/preventative maintenance programs. Additionally, our service department specializes in tenant improvements, new builds, lighting retrofits, power add/relocations, and everyday troubleshooting and repairs to keep the electrical systems that power our lives up and running.
Government Services
BEI’s Government Services Group with its employee resources as well as its strategic, through our resource of employees as well as our partnerships throughout the US , is able to provide direct support to our customers.
Our team has over 25 years experience working in the Government arena with satisfied customers , with varied projects like Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Public Building Commission, IL Capital Development Board, Chicago Housing Authority, State of Illinois Universities, Chicago City Colleges, The City of Chicago, Navy Pier, Midway Airport, O'Hare Airport, METRA, Clarence Buckingham Memorial Fountain, Naval Training Center, and IL Tollway. We are able to provide our customers with a wealth of knowledge, strategic relationships, experience, and the bonding capacity to execute a project of any size.
